Ken Caldwell (TOP)
Ken Caldwell
has been a software engineer since 1994. He attended Griffith University
(Queensland Australia), majoring in Software Engineering and Artificial
Intelligence. Employed with the Australian government sector, Ken's
diverse talents were used in many areas including the development
of ColdFusion web site applications, development and maintenance
of Intranet and Internet sites, configuration and maintenance of
SQL Server databases, and development and testing of web servers.
Ken is versed
in numerous operating systems including Unix, Dos, Windows 3.1,
Windows95, Apple Mac, MVS 3390, Windows NT, Small Business Server,
Windows 2000, and Windows XP, and develops both web based and stand
alone applications in a number of languages including Clipper,
Dbase, Visual Basic, C, Oracle, Pascal, SQL, HTML, SQL Server,
OLAP Services, ASP, PHP, VB Script, Javascript, DHTML, Flash, and ColdFusion.
Ken's professional
experience, work ethics, and high level of integrity have
been an integral extension of Next of Quinn. His work has been
incorporated
into several Next of Quinn web sites.
Peter Thijs (TOP)
Peter Thijs, a native of Vorselaar, Belgium, has a diverse background in music, education and business. By the age of five, he was playing music; reading notes before he could read the alphabet. He studied the clarinet and from there went on to excel on the bass guitar, acoustic double bass, electric guitar, and keyboards.
Peter holds a teaching degree in English, Geography, and Economic Science.Today he is an executive in a non-profit organization that assists the unemployed in job training, marketing, and workforce reentry. Peter designed and developed the organization's intranet, and through the years, has become an expert in many areas involving internet/intranet development.
A strong background in graphic design, web design, and programming, Peter adds a creative and technically advanced edge to the Next of Quinn design force. He is well versed in HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, Photoshop, CorelDraw, SwishMax, and SwishScript, and is a contributing author to the newly released SwishMax Bible, a Wiley Publishing, Inc. publication.
Peter is a high ranking member of different online user groups, offering technical support and product assistance for thousands of users. His excellent reputation in the design community, his superior communication skills, and his growing portfolio of unique and eye-catching concepts, make him a valuable asset to Next of Quinn projects. |
